Use the details below when configuring your SIP device or SIP soft phone. Some settings may or may not be required, so please use these values as a guide only.

Voice Codec (in order of preference):  g729a  |  g711 ulaw  |  g711 alaw

Please remember that your SIP username is not the same as your control-panel username, even though the passwords may be the same. Your SIP account will always consist of 4 numbers, followed by a star (*) and another 4 numbers, for example : 0010 * 0001 @ dvs01sais.rheid.com
